In view of the very cold weather forecast for tomorrow (at or below freezing all day) and the chance of further snow, all Midweek Wayfarer Rides for tomorrow, 28th February, have been cancelled.
There have been a couple of cancellations on 2 trips organised by Hilary Stephenson:
8-11 May Wiltshire Two double rooms available at the Bell House Hotel, Sutton Benger
3-8 July Cornwall One single room at the Donnington Guesthouse, Truro.

As already advised, we will again be holding an annual dinner in March. This is our main social occasion of the year, and is an opportunity for anyone who is associated with West Surrey CTC in any way to get together for what we hope will again be a very enjoyable evening. It will also include the presentation of awards, both formal and informal, by our President, Keith Chesterton.

Time: 7.00 for 7.30 dinner
Location: The Princess Royal, Guildford Road, Runfold, Farnham, GU10 1NX
Cost: £17.50 for 2 courses, £24 for 3 courses; a subsidy will be provided by the Club to hold prices down

The annual dinner in 2018 will take place on Saturday 3rd March, with the venue again being the Princess Royal at Runfold, who looked after us well earlier this year, and provided very good food. You may wish to make a note of the date now. I will post further details, including the menu, and how to book, in the New Year.
